I'm a New York attorney with degrees from Yale and NYU Law and 20 years of experience across business, technology, media, and investment matters. Alongside my legal practice, I've been a licensed financial advisor — Series 7 and Series 66 — startup entrepreneur, professional coder, and patented inventor. That combination of law, finance, technology, and firsthand business experience shapes everything about how I practice: strategy and business reality come first, legal formalities follow.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, I work remotely with clients across the United States and internationally. I can travel when the matter warrants in-person presence. I work fluently in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
